Robert J Piccolo Jr. - President
Robert or Bob to everyone else at B & B, started out back in 1994 as a small lawnmowing business. Working mainly nights mowing lawns with a borrowed mower in his local community, Bob began his journey of building B & B in to what he it is today. Through years of hard work B & B now employees over 30 members of staff year round and has an extensive fleet of trucks and a large quantity of small and heavy equipment. Scott P Costi - Project Manager
Scott, Affectionalilty known to all at B & B as Snoop, has worked for the company now for six years, and without him we'd be missing a huge cog to our successful machine. From making sure the boys are in the right location at the right time, to successfully managing all our equipment and materials. Scott's previous experience include being a garage/shop mechanic for over ten years, Site manager and foreman as well as an equipment specialist. With so much valid experience Scott is a vauable resource tool for all at B & B. So give Scott a call and delve into his pool of knowledge. Donald R French - Shop Mechanic & Technician
Don is another new member of the quickly expanding B & B team, and joined us in the summer of 2006. Don comes to B & B after leaving his position of Second Shift Head Mechanic at BRTA, and brings with him a plethora of experience and qualifications, from hydraulic maintence to welding. Don so far has been doing a fantastic job of keeping all our equipment primed and ready so our jobs can be done without a hitch. As for our trucking fleet, Don has them in tip top shape and great condition so they can be out there on the roads of southern and central Berkshire county and beyond to serve you our customers.

Neal Burton - Chief Financial Officer
Neal Burton came to B & B with a wealth of experience in finance and accounting, and has been keeping our books in order now for three years. Neal has been a very successful senior manager with proven performances in business management, accounting and finance related positions from Arizona to New Mexico, Minnesota to Massachusetts. Neal has been instrumental in developing training programs for B & B, from team building to dynamics of a business in the modern work place. Neal continues to work with staff in developing programs to offer B & B cutomers the finest and best quality work in Berkshire County and beyond. Rachel J Piccolo - Office Manager
This is Rachel’s second stint with the company, after taking a break to pursue a career in childcare; she now returns with even more office and secretarial experience. Rachel can be heard answering the B & B phones daily, with her cheerful voice assisting everybody’s wishes and needs. Rachel was born in Lee and now resides in Lenox, so she knows the area very well and can help you with all your questions and inquiries. Simon W Borrett, BSc - Marketing & Advertising & Job Tracking
Simon is a recent addition to the B & B team, however comes to the firm with a vast and wide range of talents and experience. A graduate of both Hornsea Sixth Form College (England) 1996 and Nottingham Trent University (England) in 2004. Simon has specialised in Communication studies. Marketing, business studies, advertising and media studies. Simon has also done alot of work in the U.S. with both youth sports and 9/11 Charities. Sophie, Izzy & Lex - B & B Morale Officers
Sophie and Izzy can be found down in the main office most days of the week. These two loveable ladies are always in search for chipmunks and rabbits that run around in front of the office. Though they much prefer a new customer to come in and give them a nice pat and stroke. Be sure to say hi to Robert's dogs if they're around. We'd like to use them as guard dogs, however licking to death isn't that intimidating. Also now introducing young Lexy, a brown Lab to finish of the Labrador rainbow here at B & B. She loves to jump, play and annoy her older sisters.
